GIOIA FEATURES:

• Fuel Types: Compatible with either Natural Gas (approx. 30,000 BTUs) or Propane (approx. 31,000 BTUs).
• Electrical Requirements: 120 Volt, 15 Amp circuit needed for venting.
• Installation: Gas and electrical connections must be completed on-site at the service door.
• Venting: Requires a 6” Inner Diameter (ID) B-Vent chimney system.
• Finish: Standard units are painted in factory Flat Black; custom finishes are available upon request with a provided sample.
• Operation: A dedicated wall switch is required.
• Dimensions: All measurements are in inches, with an allowed variance of ¼”.
• Optional decorative chimney cover available at add’l cost.
• Custom anchor options available at add’l cost.
• Enervex Intelli Draft and Damper System.
• The height of the chimney vent must extend a minimum of 2 ft. above the roof exit.

CLEARANCE OF COMBUSTIBLE

• 12” min. from floor to the bottom of the fireplace.
• A minimum 12” distance between a combustible wall and fireplace body is required.
• 1” where anchor or flue crosses the ceiling or roof. 
• 1” where the chimney system terminates at wall outlet. 

Fireplaces have been tested and proved to comply with: ANSI Z21.50/CSA 2.22 Vented Gas Fireplace. Certified under: ICC-ES PMG-1290
