Somehow we found the best customer service in the world with Smokey Mountain! We called, explained how we wanted our fireplace to look, and they drew it up, sent it to us, and that was it—so simple. We put a 90 degree elbow in it and that cleaned up our entire design. The entire experience was incredibly easy, and honestly, one of the highlights of our remodel. Smokey said it would take six months, but it actually arrived a little early, which was a lovely surprise. The Malm looks absolutely stunning in person—very well made, and you can really tell it’s hand-crafted in America. Highly recommend!

We had to get a better oven and found this Chicago Brick Oven- SO HAPPY with it. It was easy to assemble and our pizza parties are firing now

We found this KFD Ariana and Brad and knew it was the perfect fireplace- had it built and shipped to us directly from Poland. It is really well crafted and you can tell it is hand made, the function of the doors works perfect. This fireplace we have had in our sunroom for about 6 months and it has performed flawlessly and the glass is staying perfectly clean which is a hige benefit. Love the 3 sided glass and see through angles on this. Very happy to work with Brad and Madi on getting this made and shipped, they have been great to work with.

I wanted a cone style fireplace for our new construction and didn't realize these are 6 months to 9 months our for a white Zircon. Called smokey Mountain and they had a couple in stock, it was real easy he shipped it out to me and finding a installer was easy also- they said it was a really easy install for custom built fireplace.
This Malm has been perfect for our living room and you can tell it is made in America by the quality of it.
I have had a few fires in it and took this photo with my wide angle so I can show off my white brick fireplace and hard wood floors I am very proud of this setup and happy with the black base (i guess Smokey has both White bases and black bases)

Pretty Amazing that we could pick any color and it showed up 6 months later and blew us away with how beautiful it is. Our room is complete with this Malm Gas Cone Fireplace! It really was great and working with Brad was nice very helpful through the process. Install was easy also

Ordered this Stove from Smokey Mountain because we wanted the efficiency of a new stove along with maybe getting the tax credit. Turns out that this Napoleon was shipped really quickly, its a good quality sturdy unit and its efficiency is high enough that we are able to apply for the tax rebate. I am amazed on how fast the stove arrived, great Service from Madi and communication was easier than ever. Install was not difficult to find. All in all happy we switched from the outdated one we had.

So far, I have been very happy with this stove. Smokey Mountain has a tone of great choices and I felt like a stove with a smaller footprint would be best in my space so I went with the Invicta® Kiara. It actually looks cute in my home and creates a warming vibe and actually warmth! If you are going to be using your stove 24/7 then maybe having one with a built in ash tray would be nice but since I use it only a couple times a week it is easy enough to keep clean.

I ordered this KFD STO because we have a single wall to set it against, thinking it would make the room feel more open. It exceeded all expectations, the fireplace is solid and so sharp looking! I can see the fire from my dining room on the side and love it. then we go to the living room and its perfect. The glass stays clean and the fire starts up easily. Defiantly a high quality fireplace worth every penny.
