The Montigo Exemplar R324STIO is a built-in, double-sided see-through gas fireplace insert designed to connect indoor living spaces with outdoor rooms. With a built-in downdraft power vent system requiring no external venting, up to 50,000 BTU output, and frameless glass on both sides, the R324STIO delivers innovation, luxury, and warmth from two directions — available in natural gas or propane.

ESSENTIAL INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS:

Installations must comply with Montigo's certified framing, clearance, and venting specifications. A licensed professional installer is strongly recommended to ensure optimal performance and safety.

If using Cool Wall Release or Cool Wall Advantage systems, fans should be disconnected to prevent excess heat transfer that may affect adjacent surfaces, artwork, or mounted electronics. This can be done via the remote or by unplugging the fan harness.

The R324STIO is approved for installations up to 4,500 feet and can be used in covered outdoor rooms when properly configured. Montigo disclaims responsibility for damages resulting from improper installation.
