What is the FasNSeal Adjustable Vent Length?

The FasNSeal Adjustable Vent Length is a flexible venting component designed to add between 2 and 14 inches of length to a straight run of FasNSeal pipe. It is built for quick, secure installation and is compatible with standard FasNSeal venting systems.

Available in Varieties of Inner Diameter - 6", 7", 8", 9", 10", 12", 14", 16" and come in a variety of pipe lengths.

• Standard FasNSeal (6"-16"): Manufactured primarily with AL29-4C stainless steel inner components, which offer exceptional resistance to the acidic condensates produced by high-efficiency gas-burning appliances
• FasNSeal -316: Upgraded to 316L stainless steel inner wall construction, providing a higher grade of alloy option often specified for specific corrosive environments or unique engineering/code requirements

How does it Work?

It features a patented built-in mechanical locking band that locks the connection firmly in place, along with triple-lipped directional gaskets that guide proper alignment and create a tight, leak-resistant seal. Together, these two features eliminate guesswork and make installation significantly faster and easier than traditional vent connections.

Every FasNSeal single-wall and double-wall vent component comes standard with a patented mechanical locking band, triple-lipped directional gaskets, and clean smooth welds positioned 90° from the locking bands making installation quick and effortless. All components that contact exhaust gases and condensates are completely silicone-free, eliminating the adhesion inconsistencies and bond weakening that silicone causes over time, significantly reducing the risk of system breakdown and failure. Instead, fully welded seams are used throughout, ensuring a permanently leak-free product built to last.

What are the installation requirements?

A minimum of 2 inches of overlap is required to ensure a secure and safe connection. Once the overlap is in place, the mechanical locking band engages automatically, so no additional tools or hardware are needed to complete the connection.
