This FasNSeal Double Wall Vent Length features a patented built in mechanical locking band and triple lipped directional gaskets which allows for ease of installation. Used for venting special gas burning Categories II, III and IV appliances. To calculate O.D. add 1” to vent diameter.

Available in Varieties of Inner Diameter - 3", 5", 6", 7", 8", 9", 10", 12", 14", 16" and come in a variety of pipe lengths.

• DuraVent FasNSeal W2 (AL29-4C): DuraVent FasNSeal W2 is a double-wall special gas vent with an AL29-4C stainless steel inner wall. AL29-4C resists chloride pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. It suits high-efficiency boilers, water heaters and other condensing gas appliances (Category I-IV). The double-wall design reduces clearance to combustibles and limits condensation. The built-in gasket and locking band make installation fast.
• DuraVent FasNSeal W2-316 (316L): DuraVent FasNSeal W2-316 is a double-wall special gas vent with a 316L stainless steel inner wall. It resists corrosive condensate from high-efficiency gas appliances (Category I-IV). It has the same UL-listed FasNSeal W2 design, gasketed joints and temperature rating as the AL29-4C version, in an alternative alloy.

Which one should I choose?
Choose AL29-4C if you want the alloy DuraVent markets for maximum chloride and condensate resistance. Choose 316L if your project or engineer specifies it. Always follow the appliance manufacturer's venting requirements.

Are they installed the same way?
Yes. Both use the same FasNSeal W2 fittings, gasketed joints and locking bands.

Can I use either with condensing boilers?
Both are listed for Category IV (positive pressure, condensing) venting.

How does it Work?

It features a patented built-in mechanical locking band that locks the connection firmly in place, along with triple-lipped directional gaskets that guide proper alignment and create a tight, leak-resistant seal. Together, these two features eliminate guesswork and make installation significantly faster and easier than traditional vent connections.

Every FasNSeal single-wall and double-wall vent component comes standard with a patented mechanical locking band, triple-lipped directional gaskets, and clean smooth welds positioned 90° from the locking bands making installation quick and effortless. All components that contact exhaust gases and condensates are completely silicone-free, eliminating the adhesion inconsistencies and bond weakening that silicone causes over time, significantly reducing the risk of system breakdown and failure. Instead, fully welded seams are used throughout, ensuring a permanently leak-free product built to last.
