Little apprehensive about making the purchase of the Alfa 5 minuti pizza oven, after reading positive reviews about the oven and Smokey Mountian I made the purchase. I am happy I did , great customer service and a quality oven .

I went with the 36” long set of tools and glad I did. My Alfa Pizze 4 is on my deck, and I was afraid I would be jabbing by standers with the 48” poles! The perforated peel is a must for getting pizzas in and out of the oven, while removing some of the flour and cooling off quickly. The rake is needed to quickly push all of the wood coals to the side when it is time to start cooking. The brass bristle brush is so soft, keeping the pizza oven floor swept super clean. When I am done cooking, I spread the embers out over the floor of the oven to cool. The following day, I scoop up whatever remains with the shovel. This really is a great set of tools!
I like the tools a lot, I use them whenever I fire this up and they come in handy.
